1940's Dodge COE Truck'!
Mid Summer 2020 I was lucky enough to see this beauty in Goderich Ontario!
The owner used the early body and box from the 1950's and incorporated everything into a 1980's Chevy frame and running gear
I think these early COE Truck are the perfect size for a fun ride. Love to have one!

Using SolidWorks to3D Model
I talked to the owners about making a scaled model of this truck. The couple thought it would be great. I enjoy doing the modeling and trying to challenge my SolidWorks Modeling Skills.
I will document and provide a quick overview on my Youtube channel on the steps that it took to build this model. When finished I will provide a link here.

Using SolidWorks to Render
The modeling: The first image is a quick screen shot from Solidworks, the next is a quick render.
The truck was 3D Printed using an Ender 3 Pro, Ender 5 Pro and an Anycubic Mega S. The Ender 3 Pro Direct drive was set up to print Black Filaflex TPE for the rubber tires. The Anycubic was used to print Silver PLA rims, grill, Black PLA interior, drive wheel and chassis. The Ender 5 was set up with Blue PLA and printed the entire body.
